To what degree should a woman be "separated" before you will consider her?

While I was on the sex sites, I noticed a few women listed themselves as "separated". This could mean several different things, anywhere from "The divorce hasn't been finalized yet" to "We are having problems and taking a break from each other" to "I'm really married and I fudged my status so that men seeking available women will find my cheating ass anyway".

This poll is not about trying to figure out what they mean, but rather, what degree of being "separated" is enough for you to consider her as a potential girl-friend or sex partner (your choice)?

I picked the fifth one (if she is de facto divorced already, although I would prefer if it has been formalized).
