Not to say that she is a terrible person. I don't know her.

But I think that guy could do better. Either she has an amazing personality, or he doesn't (therefore requiring him to drop his standards that low.)

Some might say that turning down a woman who likes you in that way, no matter how unattractive you find her, makes you voluntary celibate, the same way women get accused of not really being incel, because turning down a bunch of guys who like them but they don't, isn't technically loveshy or incel.
