I just wanted an explanation of what this is from someone who is asexual.

I thought that everyone was a sexual being?

most male asexuals still crave romantic intimacy. I think they just don't get horny.

Kinda...but I was curious because to be honest, before I had sex, I thought I might be asexual even though I never heard of the term. If you read my other thread (the one where everyone's mad at me for going down on my ex bf's without wanting them to do anything for me sexually), you'll get I was WHAT I CALL A VIRGIN (because there was no coitus, only fellatio) until 24, and didn't think I'd need or want sex.

But then I met my man. He kind of trained me to enjoy sex, and now I'm crazy for it. Was wondering if maybe it was just a matter of chemistry with the right person, someone who is patient and understanding enough to let you take your time getting used to things.

You can have low libido (sexual desire) and inhibited libido, and the latter is curable in a safe surrondingw with a caring person.

Most people discover their sexuality and their bodies by themselves while masturbating in their adolescence.

Some events can prohibit that progress, and some just doesn't have that drive. I don't know if it's due to lack of hormones?

The question is was/are you ever horny by yourself?

I forget to get horny sometimes LOL. It's like my brain forgets that part. When I first learned to masturbate, I only did it because my mother had a talk with me and my sister about it to let us know it was natural, and there was nothing wrong with it LOL. I was 14 and didn't even know people did that!

She told me that people do it when they "feel aroused." I didn't really feel that, but I guessed if I was supposed to, I should do it. It took me a full year to actually get anything out of it.

I was wondering if maybe this explains why I like edging. I LOVE edging, because the sensation of being aroused is not always as often as I guess it should be.

LOL I joke with my man that I sometimes forget I have a vajayjay. (sorry if my bluntness is offensive to anyone. I've been hanging out with gays, bartenders and bisexuals all week).

LOL yeah. Bartenders are raunchy mofo's.

Hanging out with them hijacks my mirroring energy something fierce and leaves me with a severe potty mouth. My man calls it "bar mouth" LOL. Sorry folks.

Don't sweat it.... there has been a lot worse said on this forum than vajayjay.

That's the LOLsiest thing I ever read on this board from a female poster.
You were not a virgin, get over it, we won't judge you... much. Rarely women are virgins at such age, in the modern time in the west, unless they're horribly ugly/insane. Virginity is about sexual actions and behaviour, not about some odd technicality as hymen.

Well, even if you do judge me, Iori, nothing matters but what MY boundaries and standards are. Everybody has different definitions on what is what. Please respect that our opinions are different.

In the meantime, would that mean cyber sex makes you lose your virginity? What about phone sex? These are sexual actions, and according to you, any sexual actions means sex.

Phone and chat? Pffft, that's just all talk, and no work! Doesn't count as anything except silly entertainment.
I am totally not against mutual, willing, sexual actions, and having several partners, even at once (as long as everyone involved is informed about it and is not being cheated on and lied to). Nothing wrong with that, Mirror.
I am just against hypocrisy, where you do something, and then pretend you didn't, saying 'it didn't count'. Just like silly kids, who beat someone up, and upon discovery of their misdeeds, bleat in a sorry voice: "But, mommy, we weren't fighting, just pla-a-a-a-ying with him!'
