I honestly have no idea if I will even fit in here but ill try

Here is my story, Im 23 at the moment, Iv only ever had one relationship in my and it was a disaster, complete abd total
things went far to fast for me and I got completly lost in it all, by the end of it all, I couldnt stand it and I ended it. it lasted 3 weeks.
(before you say, this is the wrong thing, let me finish)

that was my only one, and i could berely even talk to her, its been 2 years since then and the tought of having one again, to be honest, it damnwell scares me beyond anything inthis world, i can be friend well enough nut once i stanrt to lik them
BAM, any and all abillity to talk to gone out the window.

I cant even concider the fact anymore, I cant even talk to a girl anymore, Ironicaly (and quite silly), having a nice girlfriend is the one thing i really wanted and now im too scared to even try. my experience with my ex completly shattered my cpnfidence and any belief i had in my self.

so in a nutshell, im shy and scared of a relationship and havnt even asked or apprached anyone for 2 years.

I know this may not seem like this one belongs here, if so I apoplogise.
