I'm not a darwinist. I believe suffering people should be helped but not helped by the federal government.

Who else? Charities and churches don't have the money needed, and the solutions they provide are not structural.

If people weren't taxed so much by the government, they would have money to donate to suffering people.

Why do they have to be structural?

Charities and churches are taxed a lot by the government!? Are you aware of all of their various tax breaks?

And they have to be structural because otherwise there's no guarantee a person in need will get any help at all.

Didn't say charities and churches. I said the people. The people are the ones who donate to the charities and the charities are the ones who directly help the suffering. If the income tax is abolished, the people would have more disposable income to possibly use for donation.

Either way, it's better than government welfare.

There is no guarantee that if there were no income tax that people would donate more to charities. In fact, I bet you the majority wouldn't and would spend the money on their own selfish desires. That's why the state is good: it can force solidarity on all the selfish assholes out there.
