Thank you dangeroustechnique and Erebus, you've both just convinced me never to drink alone. ;) Should I ever consider trying it, that is.

What scares me the most about drinking, is that people will grow to like the more "bubbly" drunk me, over the moody, stoic, sober me.

I'm the complete opposite of guys like Onkel Willie, who stay poker face drunk, I'm the guy in the corner with a lamp-shade on his head. That's not who I really am, so thankfully I know my limit.

I have no idea exactly how many times, but somewhere between 30 and 50 times in my life would be a good guess i think.

Too many to count, I have had three years of uni which I kinda went out with friends up to 3 nights a week. And when I get drunk it's probably 10 or more drinks (this includes shots aswell as tall drinks)

I drink a lot less since I finished my degree, and I work now. Sometimes every 2 weeks on a Saturday.

At uni, it really helped with anxiety and slight approach anxiety but didn't fully help.

I picked 4 because that is about, maybe less, maybe two, jeez. I define drunk as that point passed where its hard to formulate thoughts and this roaring noise comes to my ears. My 21st birthday was the first. A fair-weather friend took me and my sister to every bar in the town for a free shot. I walked home swerving left to right. I don't like being that far drunk. That was probably the worst drunk. I threw up that time, never again. And had a hang over. Other times I never went that far. Just to the roaring in ears and maintain that while people are there because I become more cheery and open but let it fade and I grow more sullen, back to usual. I tend to like hard drinks.

I've never tasted alcohol. I may in the future, I may not. Just like coffee.

Guys who never got drunk are weird. Guys who never tasted alcohol are just batshit- wtf? You never wanted to see what it is all about? Not a drop?

I was always tempted to enter the female bathrooms and steal all the thongs while they took a shower, but I was too afraid of what would happen if I got caught.

Well and truly "you should not drive" drunk? 1000+ (although I think I drove at least once... ooooh... dark triad traits there) In fact; I am that drunk right now.

"Fucked out of your mind and piss the bed" drunk... once. Did not drive. Do not want to do again.

Maybe because they don't want to. Would you say the same about smoking crack?

No idea. Probably not that many but I can't even begin to guess. I didn't start drinking till I was like 18-19 and even then it was few and far between. Frequency has gone up with age. Never blacked out/passed out though.

Drinking too much makes me tired. So getting drunk is kind of anticlimactic.

I only got drunk once when I was 3, I mistaken whiskey for Ice-Tea. After that never, and there is one good reason for it, if I ever tried alcohol I would probably become an alcoholic. I have addictive tendencies.

10-20 I'd say, all when I was back as an Undergrad at college, haven't been drunk since. I, unlike the majority in college got very tired of the alcohol-fueled social scene quite quickly.

Between 6 and 10, I'd say. I've only been really really badly drunk once, the first time I drank in fact. I was sick and had to be taken to my bed and all, I felt so pathetic I swore never to do that again. Since then, I have been tipsy and stuff, but rarely drunk. I stop before doing anything I might regret later. Luckily for me, I'm a happy drunk and rarely do anything weird or mean or crazy. I have a great self control so I do my best to keep it at all times. I don't want to be a prey to anything I can't control.

Zero. Not a single drop of alcohol has ever passed through me.

That is some neat feat even I could not achieve. At least I ate some liquer-filled choclates, and sipped some 5% cider. Never truly drunk, if you don't cound slight tipsiness, red-facedness and mumblingness from *that one time* where I showed up in my Uni after me and 2 other blokes have executed a 2-liter (half-gallon, I guess) beer bottle. The professor was bemused. I also woke up next day with blood stains on my pillow. WTF?
