He's wrong about circumcision though.

Female "circumcision" isn't a recognised medical procedure.

Male circumcision is recognised - although a policy decision to circumcise all men is controversial.

Apparently, there is a hygiene argument in favour of circumcision. Then again, I've heard it argued that a foreskin can help reduce the friction in penatrative sex.
