Your score:
56 (fear) + 57 (avoidance) = 113

The scoring scale:
55-65 Moderate social phobia
65-80 Marked social phobia
80-95 Severe social phobia
Greater than 95 - Very severe social phobia

28 fear 32 avoidance=60 but that doesnt change the fact that I am a severe Ls example.

Yeah, that test seems to be mostly related to general social anxiety, not so much pure LS.

26 (fear) + 25 (avoidance) = 51

I've had to work on many of those fears though. At age 14, I probably would have been 100+

As I learn not to give a shit, it seems the less fear and avoidance I have. Still, you probably will not see me eagerly seeking attention. I'll always be 20+ I figure.

You and your therapist seem to be in more confusion than you think, Introversion and Extroversion are INBORN within your HUMOR/TEMPERAMENT, it therefore cannot be changed.

Besides, did all this therapy change your romantic life, or lack of?

Never seen this thread. Interesting but too much to read in the short time I have. Posting for tracking purposes.
