Yeah. I am uncomfortable watching sex scenes in even mainstream movies. So porn is especially uneasy for me. I think it does desensitise you to sex, and to real women. It gives you unrealistic expectations, and kind of makes you jaded about sex.

I always feel incredibly uncomfortable when I'm watching a film, if other people are in the room, and a sex scene comes on. I probably have some kind of erotophobia.

Yeah, I always have to look away even when I see a simple kissing scene in a movie. But I feel uncomfortable when I see couples kissing, hugging or just holding hands in real life too. Things like that remind me how messed up I am and are killing me inside when I see them. So I hate going to places like supermarkets at busy times because I always see plenty of couples there. And for some reason they tend to get such a strong urge to flirt, touch each orther and kiss when I'm near them...

Yeap.

Nothing beats the real thing.

Too bad its often attached to a woman who is nuts deep inside.

All women are nuts.

You just have to find one who is your taste in nuts. I like cashews and brazil nuts myself :D

I didn't read the whole thread... but, to *clarify*, the video is saying the people just quit
a) High Speed Porn
b) Porn
c) Masturbation

...to get these benefits?

In the way the video promotes? Doubt it :/
Im pretty sure I could get by on jacking off alone...
But the question remains - the video implied that people got better after getting off of 'High Speed Porn'. How does that compare to 'normal porn' (difference?)...or masturbation alone... the video is very unclear.

Raquel Welch: I think we’ve gotten to the point in our culture where we’re all sex addicts, literally. We have equated happiness in life with as many orgasms as you can possibly pack in, regardless of where it is that you deposit your love interest.

MH: Okay, admittedly that doesn’t make sex sound very appealing at all.

Raquel Welch: It’s just dehumanizing. And I have to honestly say, I think this era of porn is at least partially responsible for it. Where is the anticipation and the personalization? It’s all pre-fab now. You have these images coming at you unannounced and unsolicited. It just gets to be so plastic and phony to me. Maybe men respond to that. But is it really better than an experience with a real life girl that he cares about? It’s an exploitation of the poor male’s libidos. Poor babies, they can’t control themselves.

MH: I cannot dispute any of what you’re saying.

Raquel Welch: I just imagine them sitting in front of their computers, completely annihilated. They haven’t done anything, they don’t have a job, they barely have ambition anymore. And it makes for laziness and a not very good sex partner. Do they know how to negotiate something that isn’t pre-fab and injected directly into their brain?
