MTHFR genetic defect is common in 50% of people, and creates a deficiency in vitamin b12 and folic acid

I strongly believe this may connect to "love shyness"

Not sure its 50 % but its overlooked. Didn't help me with anything, but B-12 is good to take for everyone.
