I feel like a lack of motivation to be physically active and do the activities I really want to do is what is killing my well being and ability to at the very least overcome my self-loathing, loneliness and horniness.

How does one overcome this hurdle?

Great question given that modern men are the laziest people the world has ever seen.

My answer (for single men): Exercise regularly, see prostitutes regularly, and keep the sabbath to have one day of rest.

What do you define by "see prostitutes regularly"? Once a week? Twice a week? How often?^
