Jan 24 WeekOkay, well it's definitely premature . . . but rowing is helping me notice that I have muscle groups
Other than body stuff, body image is better - like even though I might not look it I know I exercise so I'm happy. I also feel the energy that comes with rowing. . . what I like best is my endurance is up,
kinda like if I had sex I wouldn't pass out?
However I know that my body style isn't one that will allow me to be slim but with muscles, like the athletic type. . . I think I'll be more like the strong and big type? The only time I was skinny was when I was a baby, but as I grew I was always one of the bigger guys. . . what what I'm asking now is, is there a way to change body type or does it matter as long as you have muscles?
Your natural body type will always be what it is, but you can push nature pretty hard. I'm the same way as you, I will never have a skinny type body, ever. My bone structure causes me to be a hulking brute at all times. You are lucky to be endomorphic, you should be able to get strong much faster than an exomorph. You can develop muscle faster than a skinny person too.
