I briefly skimmed the article. I love nutrition though, i just want to recommend that if you supplement with vitamin D3, make sure its in a soft gel form and try to take it before some sort of physical activity even just 10 minutes of walking) for best absorption.

Great advice, I will definitively try to use more vitamin D.
