Great thread. I have been in good shape since I started running in 2007, but now I have cleaned up my diet as well, and I feel 100X better. I have always had a pretty lean muscular form, but I am trying to pack a little more muscle on me. Like SD, I think everyone should be working out. It makes you more attractive, but more importantly it helps your psychological health tons as well. Exercise and diet ftw!!

The reason people here don't want to get "jacked" is for the same reasons 99 percent of the population doesn't give a shit about getting jacked. It's not necessary for success in almost any aspect of your life. Having a great body would be helpful in getting a girl, but it isn't and shouldn't be a requirement for anyone. Most people here having other things going on in their lives.


Having said all of that, I've gotten in a lot better shape since I came into university, but I've really done it because I love playing sport. Improved endurance and strength means I can compete with most everyone, now. If this was to help me get a women, then so be it.

They are. Almost none of my good friends look like this. a lot of them are chubby, even fat. They all have beautiful girlfriends/wives who genuinely love them.

Remember we're on "love-shy.com", I'm here because I'm a love shy, not because I'm ugly/fat (even if my looks doesn't help).

LS or no, You would mathematically increase your chances, if you had a body that resembled like the one's posted, simply because more women would find you attractive. For people that don't have shyness issues, this would be an enormous plus. It beats expensive surgery all to hell.

Most of the people here, if they want any chance at all at success, are going to have to compensate for lack of whatever. What I'm espousing is something inexpensive and not very time consuming at all. In fact, there's no foreseeable downside.
