I'm on crutches and it could take anywhere between 3 days and 3 months to heal, so the doc told me this morning. Off for x-rays this arvo. Already taken a couple of anti-inflammatorys.

X-Rays show I have a small spur in my right foot.

Over-exercising at the gym probably. Bulking up too much and then trying to cut just as fast probably did it.

Cannot bear weight onto my right foot at the moment, so crutches for a few more days it seems, but probably back to work tomorrow.

I broke the fourth toe on my right foot a couple nights ago, but still went to work :)

Nothing to do but let it heal....

will anti-inflammatorys help if it's not literally inflammation?

I think i may have had a mild case at some points, when it mentions about pain when first walking in the morning. at the time I just assumed things needed stretched out to get going. especially the morning after a work night, in which I was standing up for several hours straight, which when you weigh 300 pounds is quite significant.
