I want to come up with an action plan to conquer my love-shyness. Unfortunately, I don't know where to begin. But I know where to start: Research! I'm going to do some research about where people meet people, then go to a few of those places.

My philosophy is to just start no matter what it is. As long as you feel like you're working on something the order doesn't really matter.

Look, the solution is obvious:

  1. Do some research.
  2. Make a plan of action.
  3. Enact that plan.

identify causes of LS
try to treat/reverse the effects of those causes
profit

I dont think arbitrarily selecting an action out of nowhere such as going out to socialise, is a particularly effective plan. it could be, but in general the approach lacks a fundamental logical foundation structure. its like having to develop a road system and starting off by saying "lets put in some right-turns"
