That gave me quite a laugh. :D

The only trouble I ran into with Scotrail was not being able to pay them onboard for a ticket from Prestwick Airport to Glasgow, all 3 of the cards I had wouldn't work, lucky my friends had enough cash on them at the time though.

Looks like a big guy assaulting a little guy to me, and being called a "hero" for it.

Yes, the passenger who didn't pay was being an asshole. But for the actions of the big guy-- intimidation, immediate use of physical force, excessive force, etc.-- to be excused is sickening.

Blatant overreaction to the content of this video.

He didn't pay for his ticket and he's ignoring authority. Next step is to be forcibly removed from the premises. You see this all the time in establishments that are pay-for-entry.

If this was some dude at an exclusive club being removed by a bouncer because he didn't pay to get in and they told him to leave and he didn't listen would you have the same opinion?
