I've always slept on my stomach. I've never had any neck pain and I don't snore.

Voted back, arms down, before I actually 'sleep' I spend a good hour tossing and turning.

This was true for me too (except the snoring bit) until a few months ago until I made a conscious decision to change my posture. I now alternate between all three positions, though I am hesitant to lay on my back because of the increased risk of sleep paralysis.

I cocoon myself in blankets on my right side (always), then start to sprawl and squirm as I doze off.

Well I looked up more information about sleep positions because someone I know told me that sleeping on your stomach is bad. So I looked it up, and it is one of the worst sleep positions, very bad for the spine. I don't have any neck/back pain, but I do have somewhat bad posture. I should change, but I can't fall asleep on my back at all.

I'm the soldier alright, I should be qwoping since I sleep alone (surprise!) and have a double bed.

How does anyone sleep in that position? :confused2:

My own sleeping positions are exactly like your own. :check:

Do not like sleeping on my stomach for long at all.

As a man, it wouldn't make sense to sleep belly-down, since sleeping on our sides or
on our backsides makes it easier to get up to fend off a possible threat, or attack.

Likewise. A free physical from a chiropractor motivated me to change. Altering sleeping positions takes practice, in the beginning try as I might, I was unable to sleep unless in freefall position. Things didn't improve until I started using a pillow. Of course nothing changed overnight but it made back and fetus positioning a lot more comfortable. Who'da thunk a pillow contained such snugly properties? Use a pillow Zero, it does the head some good.

As for the sleeping chart; log is just weird because its cutting arm circulation and Yearner screams "4ever alone!" and Qwoping does not deign a response.

Were you taught to sleep with one eye open or is it a natural instinct?

In a sense, yes. I am what some people term a "survivor".

I will do whatever it takes to survive, no matter what that means.

I survived my mothers' own womb, after her previous multiple
miscarriages, so perhaps that is why I turned out as I did.

BTW, I mean no one any harm, if they mean none towards me.
