Yeah. I've managed to get my head around the technique for creating a starburst effect with the sun in the frame without using a cross screen filter. Taken on a Pentax K7 DSLR, with an 18-55mm lens. The sepia tone was added afterwards with an image editor called Photoscape.

It's important to have hobbies and interests. I'm not saying that they can replace DSR, but they do help you cope.

I cropped it post production.

This is the advantage of shooting on a high MP sensor. This was taken at around 12MP.
