There is this guy I know, we are about the same age. He used to be part of my group of friends at one point, a while ago. He was more like the friend of a friend, rather than a best friend. Everyone said he was gay but I could not really tell if it was true or not, but he came out years later anyway.

So he is now part of my friends on Facebook, and sometimes he write messages, that he is in love with a guy that he doesn't name, but the description is strangely similar to me. In fact the chances that he is talking about me are quite high. The description is constantly matching.

I am like WTF? Why can't this be a woman? Anybody else had similar situations happening to them?

I got the eyes from a lesbian woman once. Similar feelings to your own.

the strange thing is being on the opposite end of the process. if girls ever hit on you, they might drop a few hints and wait for you to start humping her leg  (metaphorically)
guys hitting on you, they're actually persistent. you actually know they're definitely attracted to you.

Yeah, this. I mean it's also more likely that we GET their flirting cues simply because we innately understand how a dude works, rather than how a girl works. Yeah I've had some gay dudes come onto me, at least they made it obvious though like Fonduman said lol.

 yeah a gay dude hit on me once, I thought this dude was a shy classmate (and he probably was) , so I tried being extra friendly and chill with him, and then one day after class ended I was having a small chat with him when we were leaving the class and suddenly he asked me what I was doing later, regularly that wouldn't be a weird question, but he looked really distressed and I noticed how talking had become difficult for him, and seeing as how similar his behavior was to how I used to try and ask girls out, it hit me right there that the guy was gay and trying to hit on me.

I got out of the situation by rightly saying I had homework to do, but the disappointing look on his face, pretty much confirmed my suspicion.

I have to say even though I am all for gay rights, I can't lie this situation made me pretty uncomfortable.

he could have just been trying to advance the friendship by bringing it outside school. i'd be kinda nervous, it might not be the same thing, but you can still be rejected.

there is a really really small possibility that what you say is right, but I have dealt with other shy people and that isn't how they react. plus I didn't reject the guy, I just said I had homework, I didn't act freaked out or anything, in fact remained friendly.

what makes me even more certain the guy was gay, is the fact that he didn't show up to class anymore (the last to days of class that is). something must have really bothered him.

No, I wish though, it would be better than nothing. At least it would prove that I'm sexually attractive to other human beings in real life.

Even though I find the thought repugnant, I feel like I couldn't get laid in a gay bar even if I had a hundred dollar bill stuck to my ass

I had this bi chick at work always grabbing my butt. We're a bunch of loud raunchy bitches at the nightclub where I cocktail, so I thought nothing of it. Then one day she told me flat out that she'd totally "do me up with a strap on"...I was like, Whoooahhh, simmer down, bitch.

I don't know if that meant she actually liked me, or just wanted to see what it'd be like to "do me up with a strap on."

Erm...yeah...

Can't say I've ever had a gay guy hit on me. And hoping it stays that way.

I've had two lesbian friends, both of them have said that they would date me if I were a lesbian and one of the told me to walk faster because she liked walking behind me and "enjoying the view". Except that her words were a lot... filthier than mine. :|

She was mostly joking though... I think.
