The bitchy look seems to me simply a manifestation of "Its all about me!" With the chin jutting pose. Or the absence of clear signals of demureness, like bowing the head a bit, coy smiling etc.

giant sunglasses on women are a huge annoyance. They take one of natures most beautiful creations, the female face, and make it one of the ugliest. I wonder if women do this on purpose to deflect attention, knowing how makes them look like a horsefly. If you must deflect the sun, at least make an effort to put on a smaller, more aesthetically appealing pair. Of course, the woman in that pic is not that appealing to me naturally, even without the one figure wave. Busty blonde with fake tits are not my thing - though I do like one piece swimsuits a lot.
